To join or renew your membership:

 

The CNYDA membership year runs from July 1st- June 30th.

Members must renew their membership each membership year.

New memberships received after March 31st will be held for the following membership year.

 

Professional Membership: $30.00 annually

Student Membership: $10.00 annually

Retired: $10.00 annually

Please fill out the CNDYA membership form below. Once submitted, you will be brought to Pay Pal to complete payment for membership. You are not required to have a Pay Pal account to use this feature and can sign in as a guest. There is a $1 fee for student & retired members and a $3 fee for professional members paying with paypal.
